คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Male or Female , Age over 23 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Studies
- 1-2 year work experience in System Engineer / Technical Support or Technical Administrator
- Knowledge in Windows Server, Linux Installation and Troubleshooting Skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft SQL, and other Microsoft Products is an advantage
- Knowledge in VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, KVM, OpenStack other Products is an advantage
- Hardware Installation and Configuration
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good Communication Skill in English will be advantageous
- Able to Work Independently but also a Team Player
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Provide configuration and implementation, testing, integration and migration.
- Deliver and implement projects with according to customer’s technical requirement.
- Will be expected to handle multiple projects at any time.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 IT system fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution and preventive maintenance for customer’s systems when required
